HOW TO MAKE YOUR PAYMENT
Your 50% deposit or payment in full should be sent when you send your booking form using one of the following methods:
Western Union
Send your payment to any Western Union office in Iquitos, Peru in the name of James Drake Davis and email the transfer number (mtcn) to ayahuascaRetreats@gmail.com. Please be sure to email the MTCN number, as we cannot pick up the funds without it.
Bank Wire Transfer
The information below can be used to wire your payment from your bank to ours. When sending a wire transfer to our bank, please ensure you send enough to cover all fees you incur. If you are at the bank, you may state you want to ensure we receive the full amount. If you are making a transfer online, please allow an extra $30 to cover all fees. We routinely receive transfers that are $25 - $40 short. Thank you for your assistance in this.

If you send a deposit, your balance will be due on or before the first day of your stay. You may pay your balance in cash when you arrive in $US. Please bring only crisp, new bills with no tears or writting on them. Bills that are old, crumpled, or have any minor damage will not be accepted in Peru.
GETTING TO THE HUMMINGBIRD CENTER
Beginning February 2012, all participants of the 12 day workshop will be met at the Yellow Rose of Texas Restaurant just off the Plaza de Armas. You will be picked up at 10 AM. This is a very easy restaurant to find, just ask any motocar driver.
Those on Personal retreats will be met at the airport. Once you have booked your flight to Iquitos, please send us the flight details, including flight number, airline, and date and time of arrival. You will be met at the airport by one of our english speaking staff, and either brought directly to the Hummingbird Center or taken to a hotel for the night, depending on your prior arrangements. and flight arrival time. For people arriving in the late afternoon or evening, you will need to book a room for the night. The Hummingbird will be happy to make arrangements for the room, then bring you to the center the following morning. You may also want to spend a day or two in Iquitos before comming to the center, but be advised Iquitos does not have much in the way of tourist attractions. Most people come here to go into the jungle, and one day is frequently all people need to get their fill.
